Ray has been married to his wife, Jennifer, for 23 years. Jennifer works in special education for the New York City Department of Education. They have two sons, Joseph and Benjamin. Joseph is a Senior in High School, and Benjamin is in the Sixth Grade. As a family, they love vacationing at the beach, biking, walking, and spending time with their extended family. Together the family serves their community and in various ministries at Crossroads Church.

Ray Parascando is a native New Yorker. He is the founding and lead Pastor of Crossroads Church which launched in 2002. Ray is the author of The Inspired Filled Life and has authored thousands of devotional writings. He speaks at conferences and graduations upon request. Ray also engages in numerous community outreaches, ministering and serving city schools, public and civil servants, and the New York Police Department.
